Outlined below are a list of frequently asked questions by our customers about our, products, services, and site usability. If you do have a question you would like to ask us, please ensure that the question is not outlined below first. If you find that your question has not been answered please feel free to contact us using our support system under the contact area of our site menu. Support tickets will be answered within 2-3 days depending on the queue ahead of your ticket.

What
PrezoPlus Libraries are available in a large range of formats. The formats each library contains differs between libraries due to the software and function they are designed for. Our image based libraries are available in range of formats including TIFF, PNG and PSD. Our CAD based libraries are available in both DWG and DXF formats which can be used in AutoCAD and other similar software.
What
Our libraries are provided in a range of global formats that can be used within a wide range of software. Our image based libraries can be opened within any image editing software that supports JPEG, TIFF, PNG or PSD formats. Our CAD based libraries are provided in AutoCAD DWG and DXF, meaning they can be opened within any CAD based software that allows importation of DWF files.
Do
Our libraries have been designed with the user in mind. Using our libraries within your projects is as easy as drag and drop. Our libraries come with a range of special effects including shadows etc. The use of these effects is completely up to the user. Our PSD files are layered so the user has the ability to turn any of the included effects on or off.

For customers that would like to further their knowledge and skills set we are planning to develop a lessons section for the site with short lessons on using our libraries to get the best outcome for your projects. The lessons section is still under development so sign up to our email updates list to ensure you get kept up to date on the lesson section release.

Are
Yes, our packages can be easily modified to suit your project. All our packages are ready for use straight from the package, however if you need to tweak the libraries to suit your project this is achievable through the programs the packages are designed for.

All image based libraries can be tweaked to achieve new colours, brightness, contrast etc. You may even feel the need to warp the trees to achieve a look of randomness in smaller scale projects where the same object may look repeatable.

Our CAD packages are provided in a DXF format that are fully editable and customizable to the user’s preference within ant CAD based software.

Can I share the libraries with other people?
PrezoPlus libraries are not to be shared or sold. Provided below is an excerpt from our Licensing Agreement. For more information on this issue please feel free to contact us.

“All libraries available on this site are governed by a Royalty-Free non-exclusive license. This license is personal and NON transferable. All products purchased through this site are non-exclusively licensed, NOT sold to you.”

Do I need to purchase extended licensing?
PrezoPlus offers an extended licensing option for companies and businesses intending to use the products in an environment with multiple employees. Our extended licensing option allows a business with multiple staff to distribute and use our libraries within the business it is purchased by.

The basic outline is, if you plan to use this product within your businesses with multiple employees you must purchase an extended license allowing you to do so. This does not mean that you have the option to share the products with other people outside of your business.

Extended licensing is still governed by our general licensing agreement. All PrezoPlus libraries are distributed under a Royalty-Free non-exclusive license. License is personal (Standard License) or registered to your business (Extended License) and NON transferable. All products you have purchased are non-exclusively licensed, NOT sold to you.

Do you offer hard copies?
We currently do not offer hard copies of our products. We are in the process of looking into options for hard copy delivery but at this point have opted not to offer the service.

If you are having trouble downloading your content please contact us and we will discuss getting a hard copy of the product to you.

I'm having issues purchasing / downloading a product on the website?
If you are experiencing any issues purchasing or downloading any of our products please let us know and we will rectify the situation ASAP.
How do I receive the products I have purchased?
All products purchased through our website are delivered as digital downloads. Once you have finalised the checkout process you will receive an email from PrezoPlus with the download links for the products you have purchased. The download links will be active for 7 days or 5 downloads after the checkout process has completed. If you need to re-download the files for any reason after the allowable time frame please contact us and we will re-activate the time frame for you.
Can I see my product purchase history or invoices?
All purchase / order history is stored under your account created at the time of checkout. To access the data login using the information you provided during the checkout process and you will have access to your user back end which contains all download links / order history and invoices.
Can you assist me with my project?
If you would like to bring PrezoPlus on board as a consultant on your projects we would be more than happy to discuss the opportunity further. Contact us through this site with the information about the project and we will get back to you.
Are there tutorials provided?

Do you offer custom library creation?
PrezoPlus does offer custom library creation for businesses or individuals looking to get a specialized library created. We will work with you and your company to assess the needs for your library and the outcomes you are looking to achieve. Once we have established what you are looking for in a content library we will work at producing the content, keeping you involved every step of the way.

All content produced under contract will be the sole ownership of the client after payment has been made. PrezoPlus will hold no rights to the produced content once all payments and transfer of goods is finalized.

All content used within your libraries will not be reused or resold to any other PrezoPlus clientele.

What forms of payment do you offer?
We currently offer 2 forms of payment during the checkout phase, PayPal and 2Checkout. We have chosen these payment gateways due to the security they offer both us and our customers. PrezoPlus does not handle payments and at no point during a transition do we see any of your confidential information including, credit card information etc.
How long till I receive my purchased items?
Once the checkout process is complete you will receive an email almost immediately from PrezoPlus with your invoice, order information and download links. Alternatively you may go to the ‘downloads’ section of your account within our site immediately to download the files.
How long do I have to download my purchases?
All PrezoPlus download links are limited to 7 days or 5 downloads, whichever comes first. This is to stop sharing and distribution of links online. If you fail to download the links in the time frame, please contact us and we will assist in re-activating the links for a further time frame.
What if I have issues with the product, such as corrupt or missing files?
If you are experiencing any issues with the products such as corruption or missing files, please first ensure that the file completed downloading 100% successfully. If you find that the file did not fully download correctly please re-download the files till they reach 100% complete. If your files are reaching 100% completed and you are still having issues please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I access my personal account?
To access your account please login using the login button at the top of each page. If you are already logged in due to session cookies not being cleared the login button will be an account button, use this button to access your account.
